Icarus is all done now. I love this shawl. It was cool today so I wore it around the house and it was perfect.

If you’ve been wanting a set of Denise Interchangeable Knitting Needles, KnitPicks has them on sale for $25 a set, here. If I had the money I would order a second set. I cannot say how much I love these needles. I don’t think they’ll last long at that price, so if you’re going to order I would do it soon.
I finished binding off Icarus last night and decided to go ahead and block it today instead of waiting until Monday. The bottom picture is how much yarn I had left. I came really close to not having enough to finish. In fact, I skipped the last two rows of the last chart, just to save yarn.
I’m so thrilled with this shawl. I’ve made tons of them, but up until now I haven’t made one I wear and I think I might wear this one. I’ll have post-blocking pictures Monday.

Still working on Icarus. I have one and a half rows left and, hopefully, enough yarn to finish with. I’m getting very close to running out.
That’s really it, nothing too exicting, just more of the same. I imagine I’ll finish knitting the shawl tonight and block it tomorrow or Monday.
